5. הגבלות על פיזור פתיונות בשר
לא יפזר אדם פתיון בשר אלא על פי היתר בכתב מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאיו; בהיתר יפורטו השיטה, המקומות והמועדים שבהם יש לפזר את הפתיונות.
