8. החסנת חומר טכני או פתיון
(א)לא יחזיק אדם מלאי של חומר טכני או של פתיון חיטה, אלא במחסן, או במקום מבודד המיועד להחסנת חמרים רעילים בלבד, הסגורים מכל צדיהם, נעולים על מסגר ומוגנים בפני כל מגע אדם ובעלי־חיים.
(ב)אדם שהחסין מלאי של חומר טכני או של פתיון חיטה יציב במקום ההחסנה שלט אזהרה מתאים באופן הנראה לעין ושעליו מסומנים בצבע אדום סימן גולגולת ושתי עצמות מצטלבות, וכן המלים ”סכנה רעל“.
