2. מתן אישור על חיטוי
מוכר זרעי כותנה ימסור לקונה במעמד מסירת הזרעים אישור בכתב חתום בידו שבו פרטים אלה:
(1)מועד ביצוע החיטוי;
(2)החומר בו חוטאו הזרעים;
(3)כמות החומר שהשתמשו בו לחיטוי;
(4)השיטה בה חוטאו הזרעים ומשך זמן החיטוי;
(5)שם ומען האדם שביצע את החיטוי על פי הוראות המוכר.
