1. פרטי תכנית הדברה
תכנית הדברה כמשמעותה בסעיף 2א(ב) לחוק (להלן – תכנית) תכלול פרטים אלה:
(1)מטרת ההדברה;
(2)ציון הנגעים המיועדים להדברה;
(3)האזור בו תופעל התכנית;
(4)השטח בו תופעל התכנית, בציון סוגי אתרים;
(5)המועדים לביצועה;
(6)האמצעים לביצועה;
(7)כל פרט נוסף שיורה מנהל האגף להגנת הצומח במשרד החקלאות (להלן – המנהל).
