5. תוכן דרישת התשלום
(א)אישרה ועדת ההדברה את הוצאות ביצוע ההדברה, ישלח המנהל לחייב בהם, תוך חודש מיום האישור, דרישת תשלום.
(ב)דרישת התשלום תישלח בדואר רשום על גבי טופס כמפורט בתוספת.
