5. מתן היתר וביטולו
המפקח רשאי ליתן היתר לפי תקנות אלה, לסרב לתתו, לבטלו לחלוטין או לתקופה מסויימת ולכלול בו תנאים, להוסיף עליהם וכן לשנותם.
