5. מועדי תשלום
(א)קצבה תשולם לזכאי לה בתום כל חודש.
(ב)מענק ישולם תוך שלושים יום מיום שהגיע.
(ג)סכום שהוון ישולם תוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים ממועד ההיוון.
