8. תשלום קצבאות
גמלה תשולם בשיק משורטט, שהזכאי הוא הנפרע הנקוב בו, ושיישלח למען עליו הודיע הזכאי לפי תקנות אלה; ואולם –
(1)רשאי ממונה על גמלאות להפקיד את הקצבה לזכות הזכאי אצל בנקאי שעליו הודיע הזכאי, או להורות כי התשלום ישולם לאדם אחר שיחזיקנו לטובת הזכאי;
(2)קצבה המגעת לאדם הנתון לאפוטרופסות תשולם לאפוטרופסו.
