2. פטור מחובת לבישת אפוד זוהר
הנוהג ברכב מנועי שבשימוש צבא הגנה לישראל, אשר ממלא תפקיד רשמי בפועל במסגרת פעילות מבצעית או אימונים לפעילות כאמור, לא תחול עליו החובה ללבוש אפוד זוהר בעת יציאה או ירידה מהרכב האמור בדרך שאינה דרך עירונית, אם לדעת מפקד הפעילות כאמור היה בלבישתו כדי להפריע או למנוע את מילוי התפקיד.
