1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”רכב“ – רכב מסחרי שמשקלו הכולל המותר עולה על 10,000 ק״ג, לרבות מכלית להובלת דלק שקיבולתה בליטרים עולה על 5,000;
”הרשות המוסמכת“ – הרשות המוסמכת לפי תקנה 15א לתקנות שעת־חירום (רישום ציוד וגיוסו), תשי״ז–1956;
”רכב לשעת־חירום“ – רכב שהרשות המוסמכת אישרה שהוא חיוני לצרכי משק המדינה בשעת חירום, וישמש להובלה בשעת חירום בלבד.
