5. חובת מסירת רשיון רכב לאחר קבלת איסור מינהלי על שימוש
נמסרה לבעל רכב הודעת איסור שימוש או נשלח אליו העתקה כמפורט לעיל, ולא נלקח רשיון הרכב בידי השוטר, ימסור בעל הרכב, בתוך 48 שעות ממועד קבלת ההודעה או העתקה, את רשיון הרכב ליחידת התנועה של המשטרה שפרטיה רשומים על גבי הודעת איסור השימוש או ליחידה כאמור הקרובה למקום מגוריו.
