4. מספרם של מגרשי האחסנה ומיקומם
המספר הכולל של מגרשי האחסנה לא יפחת מ־6 ולא יעלה על 20, והם ימוקמו במחוזות משטרת ישראל המפורטים להלן, כשבכל מחוז ימוקם מגרש אחד לפחות:
(1)מחוז הצפון;
(2)מחוזות תל אביב והמרכז;
(3)מחוז הדרום;
(4)מחוז ירושלים.
