10. ביטול בקשה
עד למתן החלטה בבקשה רשאי המבקש לחזור בו מבקשתו על ידי מתן הודעה בכתב לבית המשפט והמצאת העתק הימנה למשיב, או על ידי הודעה בעל־פה בשעת שמיעת הבקשה; משנעשה כן, בטלה הבקשה, והמבקש ישלם למשיב על פי בקשתו את ההוצאות שיקבע בית המשפט.
