4. מען הצדדים
(א)מענו של המבקש לצורך המצאת כתבי בי־דין יהיה כפי שצוין בבקשה.
(ב)מענו של המשיב לצורך המצאת כתבי בי־דין יהיה משרד רשות הרישוי שנתנה את ההחלטה או מענו של בעל הרשיון לפי מירשם משרד רשות הרישוי, הכל לפי הענין.
