13. קביעת דרגה בעקבות השגה
החליטה ועדת ההשגה על שינוי דרגה שקבע הממונה, יוציא הממונה תעודה חדשה לבית המלון, על פי הדרגה שקבעה הוועדה בתוך 45 ימים מיום קבלת ההחלטה.
