Section 4 of תקנות שירותי תיירות (בתי מלון), התשע״ג–2012, פעולת הוועדה המייעצת.
4. פעולת הוועדה המייעצת
(א)יושב ראש הוועדה המייעצת יכנס את ישיבותיה מיוזמתו או לפי בקשת השר או בקשת שניים מחבריה, והוא יקבע את מועדן, מקומן וסדר יומן; כינוס הוועדה יהיה בתוך לא פחות משבעה ימים ממועד הבקשה.
(ב)שלושה מחברי הוועדה המייעצת ובהם היושב ראש, יהוו מניין חוקי, ובלבד שאם התפנה מקומו של חבר ועדה, ימנה השר חבר אחר במקומו בתוך שלושה חודשים מהיום האמור.
(ג)הוועדה המייעצת תקבל את החלטותיה ברוב קולות החברים; היו הדעות שקולות, יכריע היושב ראש.
