2. מינוי חבר ומזכיר ועדת קלפי בקלפי מיוחדת לבעלי תפקידים
לעניין קלפי שנקבעה לפי סעיף 84כג לחוק (להלן – קלפי מיוחדת לבעלי תפקידים) ימונו חברי ועדת הקלפי ומזכיר הוועדה בידי המפקח הארצי, באמצעות מסירת כתבי מינוי חתומים לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת.
