13. עדיפות
ההוראות לפי חוק זה יחולו על אף האמור בכל דין או הסכם, לרבות חוק הסכמים קיבוציים וצווי הרחבה שניתנו לפיו, וכן על אף האמור בכל החלטה שהתקבלה לפי אחד מאלה:
(2)חוק־יסוד: הממשלה;
(3)חוק־יסוד: השפיטה;
(7)חוק בתי הדין הדתיים הדרוזיים, התשכ״ג–1962;
