6. הפחתת משכורת לנושא משרה
בתקופה הקובעת או בעדה תופחת משכורתו של נושא משרה, בשיעור של 0.9324% מהבסיס הקובע, ובכלל זה יופחת בשיעור כאמור גם הבסיס לחישוב הסכומים המשולמים בעד נושא המשרה לקרן השתלמות, אם הוא זכאי לתשלום כאמור.
