2. שוטרים
שוטר אשר המפקח הכללי של המשטרה הורה על יציאתו לקצבה בהתאם לסעיף 73 לחוק העיקרי, ואשר חלק מקצבתו הוון לצמיתות לפי תקנה 1(1) לתקנות הקודמות, לפני היום הקובע, יראו אותו כאילו היוון אותו חלק מקיצבתו ממועד ההיוון לתקופה של 12 שנים בלבד.
