15. שיעור הקיצבה לשאירים
נפטר זכאי לקיצבה לפי החוק, שהגיעה לו קיצבה ממוסד מוכר ושאיריו אינם זכאים לקיצבה מאותו מוסד, תחושב הקיצבה המגיעה לשאיריו לפי הקיצבה שהיתה משתלמת לנפטר אילולא הגיעה לו קיצבה מהמוסד המוּכר.
