4. דין הפסקת עבודה במוסד מוכר וחזרה לעבודה באותו מוסד
אדם שפסק לעבוד במוסד מוכר וחזר מיד לעבוד באותו מוסד, יראוהו כאילו לא הפסיק לעבוד באותו מוסד; שב לעבוד באותו מוסד רק לאחר זמן – רשאי נציב השירות, אם ראה טעם לכך, לראות את תקופת עבודתו הראשונה ואת תקופת עבודתו החוזרת כתקופת עבודה אחת, ובלבד שתקופת ההפסקה לא תיחשב כתקופת עבודה מוכרת.
