9. צירוף תקופת עבודה לפי הסכם
תקופת עבודתו המוכרת של אדם שעבר ממוסד מוכר לשירות המדינה לפי הסכם, תצורף לשירותו במדינה בשיעור שנקבע באותו הסכם.
