1. הוראת שעה – תוקף רישיונות שיט
תיקון: תשפ״ד, תשפ״ד־2
על אף האמור בתקנות 28, 43, 46, 47 ו־103 לתקנות הנמלים (בטיחות השיט), התשמ״ג–1982 (להלן – התקנות העיקריות), לגבי רישיון שיט שתקופת תוקפו מסתיימת בתקופה שמיום כ״ב בתשרי התשפ״ד (7 באוקטובר 2023) עד יום כ׳ באדר א׳ התשפ״ד (29 בפברואר 2024), יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)רישיון שיט כאמור מוארך בזה לתקופה של 120 ימים מתום תקופת תוקפו (להלן – תקופת ההארכה הראשונה);
(2)(נמחקה);
(3)(נמחקה).
