4. איחור בתשלום
מבקש שלא ישלם את התשלומים שהוא חייב בהם לפי תקנות אלה, כולם או מקצתם, יחושבו התשלומים האמורים שלא שולמו, לפי המשכורת המגיעה ביום התשלום בפועל, לעובד שדרגתו כדרגה שהיתה למבקש בתקופת העדרו.
