1. הוראת שעה – הארכת תקופת תוקף תעודת מוסך מורשה
על אף האמור בתקנה 280(ב)(2) לתקנות התעבורה, התשכ״א–1961, לגבי תעודה ממוסך מורשה כמשמעותה בתקנה האמורה אשר תקופת תוקפה מסתיימת בתקופה שמיום כ״ב בתשרי התשפ״ד (7 באוקטובר 2023) עד יום כ״ב בחשוון התשפ״ד (6 בנובמבר 2023), תקופת תוקפה תוארך עד יום י״ט בטבת התשפ״ד (31 בדצמבר 2023) או עד 30 ימים מתום תוקפה של ההכרזה על מצב מיוחד בעורף, לפי המוקדם.
