8. חידוש רישיון פרטי לאחר ביטול או פקיעה
בוטל רישיון פרטי כאמור בתקנה 4 או מכל סיבה אחרת, או שבעל הרישיון הגיש בקשה לחידושו, לאחר שפג תוקף הרישיון תיחשב בקשתו כבקשה לרישיון חדש.
