3. דחיית מועד שנקבע בפסק דין או בהחלטה סופית החל בתקופה הקובעת הראשונה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
נקבע בפסק דין חלוט של בית משפט או בית דין, או בהחלטה סופית של גוף או אדם אחר בעל סמכות שפיטה על פי דין, מועד לעשיית פעולה בידי אדם הזכאי לדחיית מועד בתקופה הקובעת הראשונה, והמועד האמור חל בתקופה הקובעת הראשונה, יידחה המועד האמור בתקופת הדחייה כמשמעותה בסעיף 2(א).
