3. תוקף ההוראות
הוראה לפי תקנה 2(א) תהיה בתוקף לתקופה האמורה בה ושלא תעלה על שלושים ימים; ואולם אם שוכנע שר הביטחון כי התנאים המפורטים בתקנה האמורה ימשיכו להתקיים גם לאחר התקופה האמורה, רשאי שר התקשורת, בהסכמת שר הביטחון ובאישור ועדת השרים לענייני ביטחון לאומי, להאריך את תקופת תוקפה לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלושים ימים נוספים בכל פעם, בכפוף להתקיימות האמור בתקנה 2(ב).
