תיקון: תשל״ח
הניח עובד שנפטר בן־זוג בלבד, ישולם לו המענק, ואם הניח גם יתומים, ישולם לו מחציתו. הניח העובד בני־זוג, יחולק ביניהם המענק המגיע לבן־זוג בחלקים שווים.
