Section 2 of חוק שירות המדינה (גמלאות) (תוספת לקצבה – פיצוי מיוחד) (הוראת שעה), התשס״א–2001, תחילה ותחולה.
2. תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ביום ו׳ בטבת התשס״א (1 בינואר 2001) (להלן – יום התחילה), והוא יחול על קצבה המשתלמת בעד חודש ינואר 2001 או בעד חודש כלשהו שלאחריו.
(ב)הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על מי שפרש לגמלאות כשוטר או כסוהר כהגדרתם בסעיף 1 לחוק שירות המדינה (גמלאות), או כעובד שירותי הביטחון כהגדרתו בסעיף 63א לחוק האמור.
