מי שנשלחה לו הודעה לפי תקנה 7 יחזיר למשרד הפנים דרכון ישראלי, תעודת התאזרחות או תעודת אזרחות וכן כל מסמך אחר המעיד על אזרחות ישראלית שברשותו.
