2. מינוי ועדה
תיקון: תשי״ז
(א)שר החקלאות ימנה ועדה של שלושה עשר חברים (להלן – הועדה), ובתוכם את היושב ראש וסגנו.
(ב)המנין החוקי בישיבות הועדה יהיה שבעה חברים, וביניהם היושב ראש או סגנו.
(ג)החלטות הועדה יתקבלו ברוב דעות, ובמקרה של דעות שקולות, יכריע היושב־ראש, ובהעדרו – סגנו.
