10. התליית אישור מחמת מחלה
תיקון: תשכ״ד
(א)מצא רופא וטרינרי מורשה שתיש רביה חלה במחלה הפוסלת אותו זמנית לרביה, רשאי הוא לפסול את השימוש בתיש לרביה לתקופה שהוא יקבע אך ללא יותר משלושה חדשים ולציין זאת בתעודה שניתנה לגבי התיש. הרופא הוטרינרי יודיע על כך למנהל בכתב.
(ב)תיש שנפסל כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), חייב בעליו להחזיקו בכל התקופה שקבע הרופא הוטרינרי המורשה באופן המונע מגע התיש עם עזים.
