8. ביטול אישור של תיש רביה
(א)המנהל יבטל אישור של תיש רביה אם קיבל הודעה בכתב מרופא וטרינרי מורשה שהתיש חולה במחלה מידבקת או לקוי בפגם הפוסלים אותו בקביעות לצרכי רביה.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לבטל אישור של תיש רביה אם נתגלו בצאצאי התיש סימנים תורשתיים בלתי רצויים.
(ג)על ביטול האישור לפי תקנה זו יודיע המנהל בכתב לבעל התיש.
(ד)על החלטת המנהל לפי תקנה זו רשאי בעל התיש לערור בפני הועדה.
