5. הוראת מעבר
נחתם הסכם עם אחראי, קודם כניסתן של תקנות אלה לתוקף וכל עוד לא נחתם עמו הסכם חדש, בהתאם לתקנות אלה, ימשיכו לחול לגביו ולגבי הנזקק שעליו הוא אחראי תנאי ההסכם הקודם.
