1. רישום חבר חדש
המתקבל כחבר לשכת עורכי הדין (להלן – הלשכה), יודיע לועד המרכזי בירושלים, באיזה מחוז ממחוזות הלשכה, המפורטים בסעיף 12 לחוק, הוא מבקש להירשם, לפי מקום עבודתו או מקום מגוריו.
