4. סייג לתחולת תקנות סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים) (דחיית פגישת עצור בעבירות ביטחון עם עורך דין)
בתקופת תוקפן של תקנות שעת חירום אלה, על עצור שחל עליו סעיף 35(ג) לחוק המעצרים כנוסחו לפי תקנות שעת חירום אלה, לא תחול תקנה 2(א) ו־(ב) לתקנות סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים) (דחיית פגישת עצור בעבירות ביטחון עם עורך דין), התשנ״ז–1997.
