תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)הנוסח שולב בחוק הרשויות המקומיות (בחירות), התשכ״ה–1965 כהוראת שעה לעניין הבחירות שיתקיימו במועד הנדחה.
(ב)שולמו סכומים לפי סעיף 38א(א) לחוק הבחירות ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, יוחזר ההפרש שבין הסכום ששולם לסכום שיש לשלמו לפי סעיף קטן (א) בתוך 30 ימים מיום תחילתו של חוק לדחיית הבחירות הכלליות לרשויות המקומיות (תיקון), התשפ״ד–2023.
