1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”אמנת הבנק“ – ההסכם בדבר הקמת הבנק אשר נחתם במנילה ביום י׳ בכסלו התשכ״ו (4 בדצמבר 1965);
”הבנק“ – הבנק האסייני לפיתוח (Asian Development Bank).
