4. מעמד, חסינויות, פטורים וזכויות יתר
(א)כל עוד החברות של המדינה בבנק בתוקף, לבנק, לנגידיו, לדירקטורים שלו וחליפיהם, לנושאי משרה בבנק, לעובדיו ולמומחים המבצעים משימות בעבור הבנק (בסעיף זה – נציגי הבנק), יהיו בישראל המעמד, החסינויות וזכויות היתר המפורטים באמנת הבנק והמובאים בתוספת.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), פטור ממיסוי בישראל כמפורט בסעיף 56 לאמנת הבנק והמובא בתוספת, יחול רק לגבי נציגי הבנק שאינם אזרחי מדינת ישראל.
