6. ביצוע ותקנות
שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצוען של הוראות אמנת הבנק ולמילוי התחייבויותיה של המדינה על פיהן.
