3. סמכויות ועדת עררים לסיעוד
בערר על החלטת פקיד תביעות בעניין הזכאות לגמלת סיעוד רשאית ועדת עררים לסיעוד לאשר, לבטל או לשנות את החלטת פקיד התביעות, בעניינים אלה:
(1)מידת התלות של העורר בעזרת הזולת;
(2)הצורך בהשגחה על העורר;
(3)התקופה שבה היה העורר תלוי בעזרת הזולת או זקוק להשגחה.
