2. אישור על אי תחולת האיסור
(א)המפקח הראשי יתן אישורים למוסדות מדע ומחקר וגני חיות ציבוריים אשר עליהם לא חל האיסור לפי סעיף 1 לחוק.
(ב)האישור יינתן בנוסח שבטופס א׳ בתוספת.
