Section 1 of תקנות איסור הלבנת הון (אגרות לענין נותני שירותי מטבע), התשס״ג–2003, אגרת רישום ותיקונו.
1. אגרת רישום ותיקונו
(א)אגרת רישום נותן שירותי מטבע במרשם נותני שירותי מטבע תהיה 2,800 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)אגרת תיקון הרישום במרשם כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תהיה 150 שקלים חדשים לכל תיקון; היה התיקון כרוך בפרסום ברשומות לפי סעיף 11יא לחוק, תהיה האגרה 300 שקלים חדשים.
