3. אגרה שנתית
(א)אגרה שנתית כאמור בסעיף 32(א1) לחוק שמשולמת –
(1)עד סוף חודש מרס של אותה שנה, תהיה 1,650 שקלים חדשים;
(2)עד 31 בדצמבר של אותה שנה, תהיה 2,200 שקלים חדשים;
(3)לאחר תום אותה שנה, תהיה 2,750 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)נותן שירותי מטבע פטור מלשלם אגרה שנתית בעד השנה שבה נרשם לראשונה במרשם.
