6. עיקרון שלמות המידע המקורי
כל מידע מקורי לרבות רשומות מחשב המכילות מידע מקורי שהועבר לרשות המוסמכת על ידי גוף מדווח, יישמרו ברשות או במחשבי הרשות בלא שינוי; רישום הערות, שינויים או הוספות, לרבות ביטול, גניזה או ביעור של רשומות מחשב ממאגר המידע ייעשו מבלי לפגוע בשלמותן, אמינותן ותקינותן של רשומות מחשב המכילות מידע מקורי.
