10. הוראת שעה לעניין חוק הטבות לניצולי שואה
על אף האמור בסעיף 8(ב) לחוק הטבות לניצולי שואה, התשס״ז–2007, שולמה הטבה בתקופת המצב המיוחד בעורף או בשלושים הימים שקדמו ליום התחילה, יחולו הוראות סעיף 8(א) לחוק האמור גם על הטבה ששולמה באמצעות תאגיד בנקאי או חברת הדואר, במשך תשעים ימים מיום ששולמה, ואם הסתיימה תקופת המצב המיוחד בעורף לפני תום תשעים הימים כאמור – במשך התקופה שמהיום שבו שולמה עד תום שלושים ימים מיום סיום תקופת המצב המיוחד בעורף.
