4. תחולה
הוראות חוק זה יחולו גם לעניין עיקול זכות למענק או מענק שהוקנה או ששולם, לפי העניין, בתקופה שמיום כ״ז בתשרי התשפ״ד (12 באוקטובר 2023) עד יום תחילתו של חוק זה (ביום 2.11.2023) (להלן – יום התחילה), ובלבד שאם ניתן לגביו צו עיקול לפני יום התחילה – הצו האמור לא מומש לפני היום האמור.
