2. חובת רציפות הספקת גז למערכת גז מרכזית
ספק גז יספק גז למערכת גז מרכזית באופן רציף, למעט במקרה שבו נבצר ממנו, מסיבות שאינן בשליטתו, לספק גז למיתקן, או במקרה שבו הוא נדרש להפסיק את הספקת הגז לפי הוראות כל דין, ובכלל זה הפסקה הנדרשת לצורך בדיקת מיתקן הגז או תיקון ליקויים במיתקן.
